  32. I have tried to monitor AO-27, but I haven't heard anything.  I have been able 
  33. to monitor AO-21 (at 145.987) with a HT with rubber duck antenna, but I can't 
  34. hear the AO-27 with a large roof mounted antenna.  According to the STS+ 
  35. program, AO-27 is supposed to get close to Indianapolis on 4/3/94 at 11:28 - 
  36. 11:43AM (EST).  From the information I have found It's downlink frequency is 
  37. 436.8 and it uses FM voice.  Is this correct?

  65. and when the satellite is in sunlight.
